Located a 400m flat walk to Manly’s iconic beachfront, Manly Green Oasis will not disappoint. Stylishly furnished and modern, this self-contained 2-bedroom apartment has the ultimate home office and state of the art home automation (allowing you to open blinds and turn on/off fans or lights at the click of a button). A fabulous eat-in kitchen and comfortable lounge area with Smart TV including Foxtel. A King bed in the main bedroom and air-conditioning and heating throughout, it is sure to be a year-round perfect stay. The balcony is a highlight, with a Weber BBQ and table overlooking the stunning courtyard and inground pool. Free parking, coffee machine and hi-speed WIFI will make your stay hassle free.

Modern and fully equipped kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, a full-sized fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction stovetop, microwave and double sink.  Olive oil, salt & pepper, tomato & barbeque sauce are provided. Unlimited washing and dishwashing liquid also provided so no need to go to the shops to pick up these essentials. Next to the kitchen is an internal laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as shopping bags so that you can take advantage of the delicious local produce.  

Bathroom

Quality fittings including a shower with great water pressure and unlimited hot water and a luxurious deep bath and toilet.  A vanity with plenty of storage behind the mirror is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, hairdryer. Plenty of bath sheets for adults and smaller towels for kids.

Main Bedroom

Separated from the living area and overlooking the courtyard and pool, the main bedroom offers a supremely comfortable king bed with plush linen and plenty of wardrobe (with hangers) and drawer space.  A wall mounted TV allows you to watch your favourite shows from the comfort of your bed.  The ceiling fan will keep you cool when you don't need the air conditioner. The bedroom automation allows you to open / close the blinds with the touch of a button and turn the lights on/off from your bed.

Separated from the living area, the 2nd bedroom offers an option of 2 single beds or zipped together to make a king. With plush linen and plenty of wardrobe (with hangers) and drawer space.  The air conditioner flows beautifully down to this room however there is a fan in the linen cupboard should you need. A spare mattress is located under the single bed for families of 5. All extra linen and pillows provided,

Unique to Manly but highly desirable in this age of remote working, we have a spacious dedicated office space with free hi-speed WIFI. Printing available onsite for a surcharge if required.

Floor to ceiling window and glass door out to the balcony, with pool and garden views.  The lounge has seating for 4 with 2 additional footstools, coffee table, 65 inch Smart TV with access to all your apps as well as a huge range of channels with Foxtel.

Overlooking the gorgeous courtyard and pool, we provide a Weber BBQ and a table (with stools) that folds out from the wall - perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing.

Beach towels are supplied. The apartment complex’s communal inground pool is gated, with a baby pool connected to the larger pool. Access is available between 7am and 9pm.  Seats and sun loungers are accessible, subject to availability.

Although close enough to walk to everything that Manly offers and to public transport services, the apartment has the added bonus of free off-street car-parking 

Your hosts Adam and Sonia have used their own extensive travels as inspiration for providing a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Living within the same complex means you will be greeted upon arrival to collect the keys and shown how everything works in the apartment.  Their expert local knowledge will set you up for the ultimate Manly experience.

The apartment is cleaned thoroughly, aired out, sanitised and disinfected so guests can be confident of a clean, safe and comfortable stay.

Check in is strictly from 2pm and check out 10.30am.
Early check-in or late check-out can be booked for $20 per hour, payable on arrival. This also includes the car parking space, subject to availability.  Bookings are essential. 

Accessibility and Suitability

There are a set of internal stairs to enter the apartment. Unfortunately there is no lift or ramp for guests requiring accessibility. 

Manly Oasis Green suits all types of travellers, whether you are solo, singles, couples or a single/couple with 2 or 3 children. 
We cater for leisure and business guests.  Manly Green Oasis is perfect for those who have sold a home and are looking for a furnished place while waiting to move into their next property. We are also great for insurance claim stays.

Thank you to Sonia and Adam for our excellent stay - we couldn’t fault it.  The apartment and surrounds are lovely.  They’ve thought of everything – the kitchen is so well set up, the beds and bedding are super comfy and the whole place is absolutely spotless.  After putting the kids to bed, we loved relaxing on the balcony or watching Netflix on the smart TV.  We stocked up on yummy food from the nearby Harris Farm and Seafood Market, plus there is a Coles, Woolworths and Aldi a short drive away. The kids loved the pool and we walked down to the beach most mornings.  We also hired bikes to cruise around the esplanade. The bus stop is a few metres away and goes straight to the Manly Ferry Wharf and The Corso.  There are lots of amazing restaurants in the area and Sonia gave us some great local tips. We are so happy to have found this gem in Manly and we have already booked for October 2023

We adored this newly renovated self-contained two bedroom unit with all the most up to date modcons. The unit housed everything we needed and was so convenient to Manly Beach, cafes, restaurants and the shopping strip. Harris Farm and seafood Market is right across the road and public transport is just a short walk away. The walk to Shelley Beach was just beautiful. Host Sonia made sure we had everything we needed and looked after us extremely well. We will definitely stay here again.

My teenage daughter and I stayed in this unit at the end of an extended trip to Australia. We had not yet seen Sydney, and our friends in Australia highly recommended Manly as a great option if you want to explore Sydney, but not stay in the city itself. This property was very close to the Manly Esplanade/Manly Beach and an easy mile walk to the pier where we could catch either the fast ferry or the regular one (being tourists, regular was also a nice tour of the harbor). We were able to get Opal cards for the ferry at the Ultra gas station around the corner from the unit, and they also work on the bus, making that another great option to get around Manly and Sydney. We had rented a car, but didn't really need it, as it was so easy to get around both Manly and Sydney.

The property itself was probably the most modern VRBO that I have ever stayed in, and was also very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Sonia and Adam were excellent hosts, and responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend this property for a stay in the Sydney area!
